Join us for the April Coffee Talk where Brad Willis (aka Bhava Ram) will present “Reclaiming our minds/Reclaiming our lives” which explores avenues of reducing stress, reclaiming our minds from distraction, and creating healthier lives for families.

This presentation will provide insight on:

·         The harmful effects of excess stress in adults and in children which can lead to serious issues such as drug and alcohol abuse

·         How to take advantage of our power to self-direct our own biology and physical chemistry

·         Create a true focus in your life and reduce stress by eliminating  excess

·         The positive effects of yoga and being in tune with the harmonic rhythms of nature

Bhava is an award-winning former network news foreign correspondent who healed from a broken back, failed surgery and terminal cancer through the mind, body, spirit science of Yoga. He now devotes himself to teaching the   miracle of self-healing to others.
