Staff Update: Microsoft Office

To CUSD Staff: Over the last few days, Microsoft has experienced an issue and it appears that they have resolved it. The fix applied by Microsoft is causing some staff to experience login issues, saving issues, and email issues. Please follow the steps below if you are experiencing any problems using Microsoft Office and/or Outlook.
- RESTART your computer.
- Open Microsoft Word and follow these steps. Click here for steps. FOLLOW steps CAREFULLY, paying close attention to exactly what to enter for email and for username.
- Open Outlook on your desktop. You may get a message stating that Outlook is unavailable and will be available again shortly. Close the message and wait about ten minutes. Open Outlook again and it should function properly.
