Under the California Civic Center Act, Education Code section 38130-38139, CUSD currently rents district facilities to groups and organizations including those with religious affiliation. CUSD does not endorse the viewpoints, opinions, or content presented by its facility users. CUSD does not encourage, discourage, promote, or impede participation by students, families, or the community in non-school sanctioned activities that take place on any district property after school hours. All facility users must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Certificates of Insurance and payments are collected directly through the Facilitron platform. Insurance can also be purchased through Facilitron if needed. Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck and Paypal.
If you need any assistance setting up an account and/or in submitting a facility use request, you can contact Facilitron directly at: support@facilitron.com, by calling them at: 800-272-2962 ext 1, or by visiting their support page. (link will take you away from CUSD website)
Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
The Healthy Schools Act of 2000 was signed into law September 2000 and requires that all schools provide parents or guardians of students with annual written notification of expected pesticide use on school sites when children are not present. Notification will identify the active ingredient or ingredients in each pesticide product and will include the Internet address Department of Pesticide Regulation for further information on pesticides and their alternatives. We will send out annual notifications in September of each year.
If you have any questions, please contact, Gary Hall, IPM Coordinator, at (619) 522-8900 ext. 1070.
